摘  要:尽管最先进的阿特金森循环混合动力发动机的最高热效率已达到41%,但此类发动机通常具有较低的比功率。SUV的理想混合动力发动机应具有较高的热效率和高比功率。江铃汽车公司最近开发了一款用于中型SUV的4缸1.5 L TGDI混合米勒发动机,该发动机的热效率为42%,BMEP为19.3 bar,比功率为73.3 kW/L。该发动机具有高压缩比、长冲程,并配有低压EGR系统。Although the highest thermal efficiency of the most advanced Atkinson cycle hybrid engine has reached 41%,such engines usually have low specific power.The ideal hybrid engine for SUVs should have high thermal efficiency and high specific power.Jiangling Motors Corporation recently developed a 1.5 L TGDI four cylinder hybrid miller engine for medium-sized SUVs.The thermal efficiency of the engine is 42%,the BMEP is 19.3 bar,and the specific power is 73.3 kW/L.This engine has a high compression ratio,long stroke,and is equipped with a low-pressure EGR system.With the help of a water-cooled exhaust manifold and an intelligent thermal management system,it can operate with a stoichiometric mixture throughout the entire engine diagram.
