汽车产品生产者责任延伸制度对汽车零部件再制造行业的发展推动分析

摘　　要：再制造零部件的应用已在欧美等成熟的汽车产业地区发展数年,具有相对完整的政策法规和规模体系,是推动循环经济健康发展的重点产业之一。该文主要对零部件再制造的概念进行介绍,结合汽车产品生产者责任延伸制度要求,对汽车零部件再制造推进的条件等进行讨论,并针对我国汽车零部件再制造提出了一些可行建议,希望可以为汽车零部件再制造产业的发展提供一定的借鉴。The application of remanufactured components has been developed for several years in mature automotive industry regions such as Europe and America,with relatively complete policy regulations and scale systems.It is one of the key industries promoting the healthy development of the circular economy.This article mainly introduces the concept of component remanufacturing,discusses the conditions for promoting the remanufacturing of automotive components based on the requirements of the extended producer responsibility system for automotive products,and proposes some feasible suggestions for the remanufacturing of automotive components in China,hoping to provide some reference for the development of the automotive component remanufacturing industry.
