变速器壳体涂胶面渗油问题解决分析

摘  要:某公司CVT变速器在售后市场出现壳体涂胶面渗油问题反馈,拆解故障变速器发现壳体涂胶密封存在失效导致密封不严。对失效变速箱壳体所有工序从人、机、料、法、环进行原因分析,并进行对应的壳体涂胶验证,提出解决对策,结果表明:(1)变速器壳体密封面上的残油及杂质会导致密封胶粘附性差导致变速器渗油;(2)变速器油底壳拐角处密封胶形成的密封有效宽度不足会影响密封效果导致变速器渗油。所以,变速器壳体密封面上的残油及杂质和变速器油底壳拐角处密封有效宽度不足是导致变速器壳体涂胶面渗油的根本原因。该文详细分析了变速器壳体涂胶面渗油的失效原因,并针对性地通过数据分析和实际验证提供相应的工艺和设计优化对策,从而保证变速器壳体涂胶面渗油失效模式得到有效识别和控制。A company's CVT transmission in the aftermarket,the shell coating surface of oil leakage problem feedback,disassembling the fault transmission found that the shell coating seal failure,resulting in a loose seal.Cause analysis was carried out for all processes of the failed transmission housing from the aspects of man,machine,material,method and ring,and corresponding shell coating verification and countermeasures were made.The results showed that:(l)residual oil and impurities on the sealing surface of the transmission housing will lead to poor sealing adhesive property leading to transmission oil leakage,(2)the insufficient sealing effective width formed by the sealant at the corner of the transmission oil pan will affect the sealing effect and lead to oil seepage of the transmission.Therefore,the residual oil and impurities on the sealing surface of the transmission shell and the insufficient effective width of the sealing at the corner of the transmission oil pan are the root cause of oil seepage on the rubber coating surface of the transmission shellIn this paper,the failure causes of oil seepage on the rubber surface of the transmission shell are analyzed in detail,and the corresponding process and design optimization countermeasures are provided through data analysis and practical verification,so as to ensure that the failure mode of oil seepage on the rubber surface of the transmission shell can be effectively identified and controlled.
