中药封包联合深层肌康复锻炼对腰椎间盘突出症患者经皮椎间孔镜术后疼痛及腰椎功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中药封包联合深层肌康复锻炼对腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者经皮椎间孔镜术后疼痛及腰椎功能的影响。方法:选取南昌市洪都中医院2021年2月—2022年4月收治的行经皮椎间孔镜术治疗的87例LDH患者,用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=44)、研究组(n=43)。对照组术后行深层肌康复锻炼干预,研究组术后行中药封包联合深层肌康复锻炼干预。对比两组术后疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、腰椎功能[Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、日本骨科协会(JOA)评分]及生活质量[Roland-Morris功能障碍调查表(RMDQ)]。结果:干预14 d后,研究组VAS、ODI评分均较对照组低,JOA评分较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预14 d后,研究组RMDQ评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:LDH患者经皮椎间孔镜术后采用中药封包联合深层肌康复锻炼干预可缓解疼痛程度,改善腰椎功能,提高生活质量。Objective:To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine packaging combined with deep muscle rehabilitation exercise on pain and lumbar function in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH)after percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy.Method:A total of 87 LDH patients treated with percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy from February 2021 to April 2022 in Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of TCM were selected and divided into control group(n=44)and study group(n=43)according to random number table method.The control group underwent deep muscle rehabilitation exercise intervention,and the study group underwent traditional Chinese medicine packaging combined with deep muscle rehabilitation exercise intervention.Postoperative pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)],lumbar function[Oswestry disability index(ODI),Japanese orthopaedic association(JOA)score]and quality of life[Roroland-Morris disability questionnaire(RMDQ)]were compared between the two groups.Result:After 14 days of intervention,VAS and ODI scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and JOA score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 14 days of intervention,the RMDQ score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine packaging combined with deep muscle rehabilitation exercise intervention after percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy in LDH patients can relieve pain,improve lumbar function and improve quality of life.
