聚焦解决模式联合提肛运动促进环状混合痔手术患者术后康复的价值

摘　　要：目的:探究聚焦解决模式联合提肛运动对促进环状混合痔手术患者术后康复的价值。方法:从福建中医药大学附属人民医院2021年2月—2023年2月选取接受环状混合痔手术治疗的135例患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组67例接受常规术后护理,观察组68例在对照组的基础上接受聚焦解决模式联合提肛运动护理。比较两组术后康复时间、简明心境状态量表(POMS)评分、康复训练依从性量表评分、术后并发症发生情况。结果:观察组切口愈合时间、疼痛持续时间、排便后出血时间、排便耗时均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理前POMS评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理后POMS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理前康复训练依从性量表评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理后康复训练依从性量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症(肛门失禁、肛缘水肿、排便困难、尿潴留、肛门坠胀)发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对环状混合痔手术患者实施聚焦解决模式联合提肛运动可以调节其心理状态,提高其康复训练依从性,减少术后并发症,并促进术后快速康复。Objective:To explore the value of focused solution mode combined with anal lift in promoting postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing circular mixed hemorrhoids surgery.Method:From February 2021 to February 2023,135 patients with circular mixed hemorrhoids surgery treated in People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research samples.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two group.The control group(67 cases)received routine postoperative care,and the observation group(68 cases)received focused solution mode combined with anal lifting exercise nursing on the basis of the control group.Postoperative rehabilitation time,profile of mood states(POMS)score,rehabilitation training compliance scale score and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Result:Incision healing time,pain duration,bleeding time after defecation and defecation time in observation group were shorter than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in POMS score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The POMS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the score of compliance scale of rehabilitation training before nursing between the two groups(P>0.05).The post-nursing rehabilitation training compliance scale score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications(anal incontinence,anal border edema,defecation difficulty,urinary retention,anal distention)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Focused solution mode combined with anal lifting exercise can adjust the psychological status of patients undergoing circular mixed hemorrh
