摘  要:当前国际主要大型机场的国际航班出发流程大多仍沿用传统流程,即值机—行李托运—安检—检疫检验—海关—边检—登机口验票—登机;部分机场在此基础上结合实际运行情况进行了调整,例如海关前置、安检后置、登机口安检等,但各环节仍相对独立。国内某大型机场A在扩建第三航站楼时提出国际出发流程采用联合安检的模式,以实现充分利用航站楼空间、减少旅客排队次数的目标。为了探究联合安检模式的可行性和适用性,此次专项研究通过案例研究和仿真模拟技术,从设计和运行两个维度对该联合安检模式的运行情况进行评估。综合国际大型机场的案例分析发现,联合安检模式在航站楼功能和旅客流程设计的方面具备可行性,但对于实际运行和管理的要求较高,在当前阶段不适用于国内机场。The basic and most commonly used departure process of international flights at major airports follows a sequence of separate services,including check-in,baggage drop-off,security check,customs,quarantine inspection,border inspection,ticket check at gate and boarding.Some airports serve new sequence of processes based on local requirements and conditions such as allocating the customs ahead of security check,but those processes are still operated individually.A large domestic airport proposes new departure process of"joint inspections"to achieve the goal of making full use of the terminal space while reducing the number of queues in international departure procedure.This study evaluates the new process from the two dimensions of design and operation using case study and simulation analysis,aiming to assess its feasibility and applicability.Case study on major international airports shows that the joint inspections procedure is feasible in terms of terminal function and passenger flow design,but presents high requirements for actual operation and management,therefore,it is not suitable for Chinese airports at this stage.
