摘　　要：为了落实国务院“分类管理、放管结合、以放为主”的要求,民航局对通用航空法规体系进行了重构。通过对比新旧CCAR 91部航空器维修章节和CCAR 43部,分析了CCAR 91部改版前后航空器维修有关法规的主要变化,使通航从业人员更好地理解航空器维修相关法规的变化。In order to implement the requirements of the State Council of"classified administration,improving regulation and giving priority to delegation of power",the Civil Aviation Administration of China has reconstructed the general aviation regulatory system.By comparing the aircraft maintenance chapters of old and new CCAR-91s as well as CCAR-43,this paper analyzes the main changes in the regulations related to aircraft maintenance before and after the revision of CCAR-91,so that the general aviation practitioners can better understand the changes in the regulations related to aircraft maintenance.
