摘 要:试验旨在研究不同水平发酵中草药副产物对育肥期松辽黑猪生长性能、血清生化指标、抗氧化能力及免疫功能的影响。选取50头育肥后期的松辽黑猪(93.85±4.11) kg,随机分为5组,每组5个重复,每个重复2头猪。对照组松辽黑猪饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组、试验Ⅳ组分别在基础日粮中添加1%发酵中草药副产物、1%未发酵中草药副产物、3%发酵中草药副产物、3%未发酵中草药副产物。预试期6 d,正式试验期54 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅲ组松辽黑猪的平均日增重(ADG)分别提高了17.42%、24.69%,料重比(F/G)分别降低了5.05%、10.33%(P<0.05)。试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅲ组松辽黑猪血清免疫球蛋白A (IgA)含量分别比对照组提高了5.30%和13.49%。与对照组相比,试验Ⅲ组中松辽黑猪血清胰岛素生长因子-1 (IGF-1)含量增加了14.00%(P<0.05),三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)含量增加了38.19%(P<0.05)。试验Ⅲ组松辽黑猪血清丙二醛(MDA)含量比对照组降低了50.76%(P<0.05)。研究表明,在松辽黑猪育肥期的日粮中添加3%发酵中草药副产物能够提高机体抗氧化能力和免疫水平,增加生长类激素的分泌水平,提高生长性能。The experiment was to study the effect of different levels of fermented Chinese herbal by-products on growth performance,serum biochemical index,antioxidant capacity and immune function of Songliao Black pigs during fnishing period.Fifty Songliao Black pigs(93.85±4.11)kg at late finishing stage were randomly divided into five groups,with five replicates in each group and two pigs in each replicate.Songliao Black pigs in control group were fed with basic diet.Experimental groupⅠ,groupⅡ,groupⅢand groupⅣwere supplemented with 1%fermented Chinese herbal by-products,1%unfermented Chinese herbal by-products,3%fermented Chinese herbal by-products and 3%unfermented Chinese herbal by-products in basic diet,respectively.The pre-test lasted for 6 d and the formal test lasted for 54 d.The results showed that compared with control group,the ADG of Songliao Black pigs in groupⅠand groupⅡwas increased by 17.42%and 24.69%,respectively,and F/G was decreased by 5.05%and 10.33%(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with control group,the IgA content of Songliao Black pigs in groupⅠand groupⅡwas increased by 5.30%and 13.49%,respectively.Compared with control group,the serum IGF-1 content and T3 content of Songliao Black pigs in groupⅡwere increased by 14.00%(P<0.05)and 38.19%(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with control group,the serum MDA content of Songliao Black pigs in groupⅡwas decreased by 50.76%(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that adding 3%fermented Chinese herbal by-products in diet can improve the antioxidant capacity and immune level of body,increase the secretion level of growth hormones,and improve the growth performance of Songliao Black pigs during finishing period.
