摘 要:试验旨在探究高脂饲料中添加胆汁酸对异育银鲫生长性能、肌肉营养成分和脂肪酸组成的影响。选取450尾体质健康、初始体重(32.37±0.13)g的幼鱼,随机分成5组,每组3个重复,每个重复30尾鱼。在含12%豆油的基础饲料中分别添加0(BA0)、200(BA200)、400(BA400)、600(BA600)、800mg/kg(BA800)胆汁酸,配制5种等氮、等脂的饲料。试验期8W。结果显示,与BA0相比,BA400和BA600异育银鲫的末重(FBW)显著升高(P<0.05);BA600异育银鲫的增重率(WGR)显著升高(P<0.05),脏体比(VSI)显著降低(P<0.05);BA200、BA400、BA600异育银鲫的饲料系数(FCR)显著降低(P<0.05);各试验组异育银鲫肝体比(HSI)均显著降低(P<0.05),BA800异育银鲫肥满度(CF)显著升高(P<0.05)。与BA0相比,各试验组异育银鲫的肌肉粗脂肪含量显著降低(P<0.05),单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)含量均显著升高(P<0.05);BA400和BA600异育银鲫的粗蛋白质的含量显著升高(P<0.05);BA600和BA800异育银鲫粗灰分的含量显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,高脂饲料中添加400~600mg/kg胆汁酸可促进异育银鲫生长,提高饲料利用率,促进脂肪消化、吸收和分解供能,改善肌肉脂肪酸组成。The experiment was to investigate the effect of adding bile acid to high-lipid diet on growth performance,muscle nutrition and fatty acid composition of gibel carp.A total of 450 healthy and initial body weight(32.37±0.13)g juvenile fish were randomly divided into five groups,with three replicates in each group and 30 fish in each replicate.Five kinds of iso-nitrogen and iso-lipid feed were prepared by adding 0(BA0),200(BA200),400(BA400),600(BA600)and 800 mg/kg(BA800)bile acids to basic feed containing 12%soybean oil,respectively.The experiment lasted for 8 w.The results showed that compared with BA0,FBW of BA400 and BA600 gibel carp was significantly increased(P<0.05),WGR of BA600 was significantly increased(P<0.05),VSI was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The FCR of gibel carp in BA200,BA400 and BA600 was significantly decreased(P<0.05).HSI of all experimental groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05).CF of BA800 was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with BA0,muscle crude fat content of experimental groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and MUFA content was significantly increased(P<0.05).The crude protein content of gibel carp in BA400 and BA600 were significantly increased(P<0.05).The crude ash content of gibel carp in BA600 and BA800 were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The study indicates that adding 400~600 mg/kg bile acid to high-lipid diet can promote growth of gibel carp,increase the utilization rate of feed,promote fat digestion,absorption and decomposition for energySsupply,improve muscle fatty acid composition.
