摘 要:试验旨在研究棉籽壳与甜菜渣混贮发酵后的品质变化。采用双因素交叉分组设计,将甜菜渣(SBP)和棉籽壳(CSH)分别按鲜重比70:30、75:25、80:20、85:15混合,分别采用添加发酵菌和不添加发酵菌两种方式进行混贮,共分为8组,每组3个重复。密封发酵1、2、6个月。结果显示,各组发酵饲料的感官评定等级均达良好以上,其中CSH-A30组、CSH-N30组、CSH-A25组、CSH-N25组、CSH-A20组发酵饲料感官评定等级达到优等。发酵2个月时,棉籽壳添加量对发酵饲料的干物质(DM)含量具有极显著影响(P<0.01),对中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量具有显著影响(P<0.05),对酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量影响不显著(P>0.05);CSH-A组发酵饲料的NDF、ADF含量均显著高于CSH-N组(P<0.05)。发酵饲料的游离棉酚(FGP)含量均极显著低于发酵前(P<0.01);发酵2个月和6个月时,FGP去除率分别为71.7%和82.7%;CSH-A组发酵饲料的FGP去除率显著高于CSH-N组(P<0.05)。发酵1个月和6个月时,棉籽壳添加量和添加菌种对发酵饲料的NDF、ADF、FGP含量存在极显著交互作用(P<0.01)。与发酵前相比,发酵2个月时,发酵饲料的DM含量比发酵前降低了4.8%(P<0.01),NDF含量增加了3.3%(P>0.05),ADF含量增加了9.3%(P<0.01);发酵6个月时,发酵饲料DM含量比发酵前降低了5.8%(P<0.01),ADF含量增加了9.6%(P<0.01)。研究表明,以70%~75%甜菜渣、25%~30%棉籽壳混合,添加菌种发酵2个月较为适宜。The experiment was to study the quality change of cottonseed shell and sugar beet pulp after fermentation.The experiment adopted a dual factor cross grouping design.SBP and CSH were mixed according to fresh-weight ratio of 70:30,75:25,80:20 and 85:15,respectively.Mixing storage was carried out by adding fermentation bacteria and not adding fermentation bacteria.The experiment was divided into eight groups with three replicates in each group.Sealed fermentation was carried out for 1,2,6 months.The results showed that the sensory rating of fermented feed in all groups was above good,and the top sensory rating of fermented feed in CSH-A30 group,CSH-N30 group,CSH-A25 group,CSH-N25 group and CSH-A20 group was excellent.At the second month of fermentation,cottonseed shell supplemental level had a very extreme effect on DM content of fermented feed(P<0.01),an extreme effect on NDF content(P<0.05),but no significant effect on ADF content(P>0.05).The content of NDF and ADF in fermented feed in CSH-A group were significantly higher than those in CSH-N group(P<0.05).The content of FGP in fermented feed was extremely lower than that before fermentation(P<0.01),and the FGP removal rates were 71.7%and 82.7%at the second month and the six months of fermentation,respectively.The FGP removal rate of fermented diets in CSH-A group was significantly higher than that in CSH-N group(P<0.05).The content of NDF,ADF and FGP of fermented feed were extremely interacted with the added amount of cottonseed shell and the added strain at the first month and the sixth month of fermentation(P<0.01).Compared with before fermentation,DM content of fermented feed was decreased by 4.8%(P<0.01),NDF content was increased by 3.3%(P>0.05)and ADFcontent was increased by 9.3%(P<0.01)when fermented for two months.DM content of fermented feed was decreased by 5.8%(P<0.01)when fermented for six months.ADF content was increased by 9.6%(P<0.01).The experiment indicates that the mixture of 70%~75%sugar beet pulp and 25%~30%cottonseed shell are suitable for fer
