摘　　要：甘草中含有多种活性物质,如多糖类、黄酮类、三萜类等生物活性物质。甘草及其活性提取物具有解毒、抗炎、镇咳、治疗溃疡、抗肿瘤、抗氧化等生物学功能,具有调节动物肠道菌群、增强机体免疫力、提高抗氧化性能、促进生长等作用。文章主要介绍甘草及其提取物的生物学功能及在畜禽养殖中的应用研究进展,为其在畜牧行业及饲料工业方面的进一步推广与应用提供参考。Licorice contains a variety of active substances,such as polysaccharides,flavonoids,triterpenoids and other biologically active substances.Licorice and its active extracts have biological functions such as detoxification,anti-inflammatory,antitussive,ulcer treatment,anti-tumor and antioxidant.Licorice and its extracts have the functions of regulating intestinal flora of animals,enhancing immunity,improving antioxidant properties and promoting growth in animal husbandry and production.The paper mainly introduces the biological functions of licorice and its extracts,the research progress of its application in livestock and poultry breeding,to provide reference for its further promotion and application in livestock industry and feed industry.
