摘　　要：金银花提取物具有多种生物活性,可以改善动物胃肠道健康,增强免疫功能。金银花提取物通过促进肠道绒毛生长,提高连接蛋白表达,保护肠黏膜屏障完整性;分泌短链脂肪酸调节肠道pH值,利于有益菌增殖;促进肠道有益菌(乳酸杆菌、拟杆菌门)生长,降低致病菌增殖,优化肠道菌群结构。金银花提取物可以提高免疫球蛋白水平和调节Th1/Th2平衡,增强肠道免疫功能;提高全身体液免疫反应,增强机体免疫应答,提高脾淋巴细胞增殖和CD^(4+)/CD^(8+)比例,进而调节机体免疫功能。文章综述了金银花提取物在猪、家禽和牛胃肠道健康和免疫调节中的研究进展,为金银花提取物作为替抗饲料添加剂提供参考。Honeysuckle extract has various biological activity,which can be used to improve gastrointestinal health,enhance immune function of animals.Honeysuckle can promote intestinal villi growth,increase connexin expression and protect the integrity of intestinal mucosal barrier.Honeysuckle can secrete short-chain fatty acids to regulate intestinal pH value,which is conducive to proliferation of beneficial bacteria,promote the growth of intestinal beneficial bacteria(Lactobacillus,Bacteroides),reduce the proliferation of pathogenic bacteria,optimize the structure of intestinal flora.Honeysuckle extract can improve the level of immunoglobulin and regulate Th1/Th2 balance,enhance intestinal immune function,improve the body humoral immune response,enhance the immune response,enhance the splenic lymphocyte proliferation and CD^(4+)/CD^(8+)ratio,then regulate the immune function of the body.The paper reviews the research progress in gastrointestinal health and immune regulation of honeysuckle extract in pigs,poultry and cattle,to provide reference for the use of honeysuckle extract as anti-resistant feed additives.
