摘　　要：分析广播电视发射机主备机切换器控制要求,简要介绍工控触摸屏设备,利用触摸屏功能,设计制作广播电视发射机主备机切换器的硬件、软件设计思路和方法。设计的切换器能很好地进行主备机智能切换,还能实时采集主备发射机运行数据并上传,长期运行稳定可靠。This article analyzes the control requirements for the switch between the main and standby machines of broadcasting and television transmitters,briefly introduces the industrial touch screen equipment,and uses the touch screen function to design and manufacture the hardware and software design ideas and methods of the switch between the main and standby machines of broadcasting and television transmitters.The switch designed in this article can intelligently switch between the main and standby machines,and can also collect real-time operating data of the main and standby transmitters and upload it,ensuring stable and reliable long-term operation.
