省级应急广播体系建设探索

摘　　要：近年来,山东省积极推进应急广播体系建设,按照“统一规划、分级建设、安全可靠、快速高效、平战结合”的原则,统筹利用现有广播电视资源,通过建设省、市、县三级平台社区、部署传输适配设备、改造传输覆盖网和接收终端,不断扩大乡村覆盖面,基本建成全省应急广播体系,在基层社会治理、政务信息发布、形势政策宣传以及文化传播等方面发挥了重要作用。从应急广播体系建设任务出发,详细阐述山东省应急广播体系架构,并对应急广播体系建设存在的问题进行思考,提出相应的解决方案。In recent years,Shandong province has actively promoted the construction of the emergency broadcasting system,following the principles of"unified planning,graded construction,safety and reliability,fast and efficient,combination of peacetime and wartime",and making overall use of existing broadcasting and television resources.Through the construction of provincial-level,municipal,and county-level plaform communities,deployment of transmission adaptation equipment,transformation of transmission coverage networks and receiving terminals,the coverage of rural areas has been continuously expanded.The emergency broadcasting system in the province has been basically completed,and grassroots social governance has been carried out government information dissemination,situation and policy promotion,and cultural dissemination have played an important role.Starting from the construction task of the emergency broadcasting system,this article elaborates on the architecture of Shandong province emergency broadcasting system in detail,and considers the problems that exist in the construction of the emergency broadcasting system.
