摘 要:蓝藻中高丰度的抗生素抗性基因对太湖周边居民健康具有潜在威胁.以太湖5个水源地作为研究区域,测定分析了八大类21种抗生素抗性基因的时空分布特征和变化规律,着重探究了各类抗生素抗性基因之间的相关性,重点阐述了抗生素抗性基因与蓝藻水华、温度的响应关系,并分析了抗生素抗性基因不同丰度水平的风险性.结果表明,太湖水体中多类抗生素抗性基因普遍存在.丰水期,β-内酰胺类抗性基因相对丰度水平最高;渔阳山水源地(S5点位)抗生素抗性基因总丰度最高,沙渚水源地(S1点位)最低.枯水期,质粒表征类和磺胺类抗性基因总相对丰度水平最高;沙渚水源地(S1点位)抗生素抗性基因总相对丰度水平最高,锡东水源地(S2点位)次之,渔阳山水源地(S5)最低.intⅠ1与17种抗生素抗性基因具有显著的相关性.tetM和strA相对丰度水平与蓝藻水华程度呈正相关,sul1和tetB相对丰度水平与蓝藻密度呈负相关关系.tetD、tetK、tetM、strA、mphA、blaTEM、acrA相对丰度水平与温度呈正相关,intI1、sul1、tetB、ereA相对丰度水平与温度呈负相关.丰水期所有点位抗生素抗性基因污染均为低风险,枯水期有2个点位为中风险,其它3个点位为低风险.太湖丰水期蓝藻中sul1已经达到了中风险,intI1、sul2、tetD、blaTEM、strA为低风险.枯水期intI1、sul1已经达到了中风险,sul2、ereA、blaTEM、aac(6’)-Ib为低风险.The antibiotic resistance genes in cyanobacteria is a potential threat to the aquatic ecological health and water supply safety of Taihu Lake.In this paper,five water sources in Taihu Lake were selected as the study area.We investigated the spatial-temporal distribution of 21 kinds of antibiotic resistance genes,the correlation among antibiotic resistance genes,their relationship with cyanobacterial blooms and temperature,and their ecological risk.The results showed that antibiotic resistance genes were prevalent in the cyanobacteria samples of Taihu Lake.The relative abundance ofβ-lactam resistance genes was the highest in the wet season.The total abundance of antibiotic resistance genes was the highest in the Yuyangshan water source(S5 site)and the lowest in the Shazhu water source(S1 site).The total relative abundance level of plasmid characterization class and sulfa resistance genes was the highest in the dry season.The total relative abundance level of antibiotic resistance genes was highest in the Shazhu water source(S1 site),followed by the Xidong water source(S2 site)and the Yuyangshan water source(S5 site).IntI1 was strongly correlated with 17 antibiotic resistance genes.The relative abundance levels of tetM and strA were positively correlated with cyanobacterial density,while sul1,and tetB were negatively correlated with cyanobacterial density.The relative abundance levels of tetD,tetK,tetM,strA,mphA,blaTEM and acrA were positively correlated with temperature,while the abundance levels of intI1,sul1,tetB,and ereA were negatively correlated with temperature.All sites in the wet season were at low risk of antibiotic resistance gene,while two sites in the dry season were at medium risk and the other three sites were at low risk.sul1 in cyanobacteria in the wet season of Taihu Lake has reached medium risk,while intI1,sul2,tetD,blaTEM,and strA are at low risk.In the dry season,intI1 and sul1 have reached medium risk,while sul2,ereA,blaTEM,and aac(6')-Ib are at low risk.
