党参免疫调节活性及其机制的研究进展

摘　　要：药食同源党参Codonopsis Radix作为典型的补益类中药,在临床上广泛应用。中医药在对新型冠状病毒肺炎的辨证论治过程中,总结发现党参可调节机体免疫功能,激发机体自身防御抵抗能力。通过对近年来党参的免疫调节活性及其机制进行综述,为党参功效的现代研究提供免疫学基础,为阐明补益类中药免疫调节作用的共性及其核心效应物质的研究提供科学依据,同时也希望促进中药在新型微生态制剂及各类功能型产品中的开发应用。Dangshen(Codonopsis Radix),a typical tonic traditional Chinese medicine,is widely used in clinic.It is determined that Codonopsis Radix could regulate immune function and stimulate the body’s capacity of defense and resistance in process of diagnosing and treating corona virus disease 2019 used by traditional Chinese medicine.Therefore,the immunomodulatory activity and mechanism of Codonopsis Radix in recent years were reviewed.This review provides an immunological basis for the modern research of efficacy on Codonopsis Radix,and provides scientific basis for elucidating the commonalities and the core effector substances of tonic traditional Chinese medicine in immune regulation,at the same time,it is also hoped to promote the development and application of traditional Chinese medicine in novel microecological preparation and various functional products.
