摘　　要：黄精是我国传统的中药材,具有补气养阴、健脾、润肺、益肾等功效。黄精主要含有多糖、甾体皂苷、植物甾醇、黄酮、三萜、生物碱等活性成分,具有抗氧化、抗自由基衰老、抗炎、免疫调节等药理作用,近年来对其抗衰老的研究也不断增加。通过对黄精抗衰老的有效成分及其作用机制进行综述,为黄精抗衰老的进一步开发和利用提供参考。Huangjing(Polygonati Rhizoma) is a traditional Chinese medicine in China,which has the functions of invigorating qi and nourishing yin,invigorating spleen,moistening lung and invigorating kidney.Polygonati Rhizoma mainly contains polysaccharides,steroidal saponins,phytosterols,flavonoids,triterpenes,alkaloids and other active ingredients,which have anti-oxidant,anti-free radical aging,anti-inflammatory,immunomodulatory,and other pharmacological effects,and the research on its anti-aging effects has been increasing in recent years.Through a review of the active ingredients and their anti-aging mechanisms of action,to provide a reference for the further development and utilization of the anti-aging properties of Polygonati Rhizoma.
