摘　　要：目的 分析安徽省1~6岁儿童11种非免疫规划疫苗接种情况,为提升非免疫规划疫苗覆盖率提供参考依据。方法 从安徽省免疫规划信息管理系统中收集1~6岁儿童(2015年1月1日—2020年12月31日出生)非免疫规划疫苗接种数据,采用描述性流行病学方法进行分析。结果 共收集1~6岁儿童预防接种个案4 166 212例,11种非免疫规划疫苗中,接种总剂次数为17 752 675,人均接种4.26剂次。目标儿童中接种水痘减毒活疫苗、b型流感嗜血杆菌联合疫苗、肠道病毒71型灭活疫苗、23价肺炎球菌多糖疫苗、口服轮状病毒减毒活疫苗、ACYW135群脑膜炎球菌多糖疫苗、甲肝灭活疫苗、无细胞百白破-b型流感嗜血杆菌联合疫苗、13价肺炎球菌多糖结合疫苗、无细胞百白破-灭活脊髓灰质炎-b型流感嗜血杆菌联合疫苗、乙脑灭活疫苗的比例分别为68.62%、 53.53%、 53.53%、 44.24%、 34.03%、 12.08%、 10.25%、8.95%、4.22%、3.26%、0.64%。1~<2岁、2~<3岁、3~<4岁、4~<5岁、5~<6岁、6岁儿童接种过11种疫苗中任意一种的比例分别为28.21%、 30.28%、 30.89%、 28.25%、 24.16%、 19.84%。结论 安徽省1~6岁儿童非免疫规划疫苗人均接种剂次数不高,应采取加强健康教育等措施,进一步提升非免疫规划疫苗接种人数。Objective To analyze the immunization status of 11 non-National Immunization Program(nonNIP)vaccines among children aged 1 to 6 years in Anhui Province,so as to capture the baseline against which to expand the coverage of non-NIP vaccines.Methods The vaccination data of non-NIP vaccines among children aged 1-6 years(born between January 1,2015 and December 31,2020)were collected from the Anhui Provincial Immunization Program Information System,and analyzed using descriptive epidemiological methods.Results A total of 4166212 immunization cases of children aged 1-6 years were collected,with 17752675 doses of the 11 vaccines administered totally,an average of 4.26 doses per capita.The proportions of the included children vaccinated with live attenuated varicella vaccine,Haemophilus influenzae type b(Hib)polysaccharide conjugate vaccine,inactivated enterovirus 71 vaccine,23-valent pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccine,live attentuated oral rotavirus vaccine,group ACYW135 meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine,inactivated hepatitus A vaccine,diphtheria and tetanus toxoid and acellular pertussis(DTaP)-Hib conjugate vaccine,13-valent pneumococcal polysaccharide conjugate vaccine,DTaP-inactivated poliovirus(IPV)-Hib conjugate vaccine,and inactivated Japanese encephalitis vaccine,in decreasing order,were 68.62%,53.53%,53.53%,44.24%,34.03%,12.08%,10.25%,8.95%,4.22%,3.26%and 0.64%,respectively.The proportions of children having received any of the 11 vaccines among the 1-<2 years,2-<3 years,3-<4 years,4-<5 years,5-<6 years and 6-year-old age groups were 28.21%,30.28%,30.89%,28.25%,24.16%,and 19.84%,respectively.Conclusions The vaccination rate of 11 non-NIP vaccines among children aged 1-6 years in Anhui Province was not satisfactory.Measures such as strengthening health education should be taken to further increase the coverage of non-NIP vaccines.
