摘　　要：在新一轮工业化改革浪潮推动下,我国各行业诸多领域对信息技术与通信技术的融合应用越来越广泛,增加了对双极型功率开关管的应用。当前,正值高质量发展时期,应持续在技术赋能路径下提高大电流输出中的DC/DC转换控制电路结构设计水平。文章概述了这一控制电路的整体结构,并在此基础上对其电路仿真验证、版图设计及应用测试情况进行了具体讨论。Driven by the new wave of industrialization reform,there is an increasing integration of information technology and communication technology in various industries and fields in China,increasing the application of bipolar power switches.At present,during the period of high-quality development,the design level of DC/DC conversion control circuit structure in high current output should be continuously improved under the technology empowerment path.This article provides an overview of the overall structure,and on this basis,discusses its circuit simulation verification,layout design,and application testing in detail.
