摘　　要：城市中低压配网规划与改造是城市发展的需要,也是满足城市日益增长的用电量和提高供电服务质量的需要。目前城市的中低压配电网规划依然面临着严峻的挑战和巨大的任务,必须加强相关工作的研究才能真正确保配网规划质量。文章分析了城市中低压配电网的现状,探究了中低压配网规划改造的策略,并指明了配网规划与改造的关键点以及注意事项。The planning and renovation of urban medium and low voltage distribution networks are necessary for urban development,as well as to meet the growing electricity consumption and improve the quality of power supply services in cities.Due to the severe challenges and enormous tasks currently faced by the city’s medium and low voltage distribution network planning,it is necessary to strengthen distribution network planning and renovation in order to truly ensure the quality of distribution network planning.This article first analyzes the current situation of urban medium and low voltage distribution networks,and explores the strategies for planning and renovation of medium and low voltage distribution networks.Finally,it points out the key points and precautions for distribution network planning and renovation.
