摘  要:针对某电厂600 MW直接空冷机组的一个空冷单元为研究对象,运用CFD软件模拟了空冷单元内加装喷雾增湿系统的作用过程及效果。文章分析了喷水降温系统的结构与原理,为了保证喷出的水滴不会落到风机上面,运用理论和数值模拟相结合说明了液滴的临界直径和悬浮风速的关系;对比分析了喷雾前后空冷单元内部的温度场和流场,发现喷雾增湿系统有利于降低凝汽器入口空气温度,提高机组的经济性。Aiming at an air cooling unit of a 600 MW direct air cooling unit in a power plant,the action process and effect of adding spray humidification system in the air cooling unit were simulated with CFD software.The structure and principle of a water spray cooling system were analyzed in the article.In order to ensure that the sprayed water droplets do not fall below the fan,a combination of theory and numerical simulation was used to illustrate the relationship between the critical diameter of the droplets and the suspended wind speed;The temperature field and flow field inside the air cooling unit before and after spray are compared and analyzed.It is found that the spray humidification system is conducive to reducing the inlet air temperature of the condenser and improving the economy of the unit.
