摘  要:用二次旋转通用组合设计方案,以长绒棉BMC79为试验材料,通过设置密度、打顶时间、施氮量三个试验因子在五个不同水平下进行处理,研究结果表明:单因素中,施氮量、打顶时间对籽棉产量影响显著.交互作用中,密度与打顶时间的交互作用对籽棉产量影响显著.当密度为13549.951株/667m^(2),打顶时间为7月11日,施氮量15.234 kg/667m^(2)时,籽棉产量最大为332.998 kg/667m^(2).单因素中,打顶时间、施氮量对皮棉产量的影响最显著.交互作用中,密度与打顶时间的交互作用对皮棉产量影响显著.当密度为13805.945株/667m^(2),打顶时间为7月10日,施氮量21.444 kg/667m^(2)时,皮棉产量最大为102.798 kg/667m^(2).Using a secondary rotation universal combination design scheme,long-staple cotton BMC79 was used as the test material,and the treatment was carried out at five different levels by setting three test factors:density,topping time and nitrogen application amount.The results showed that:among the single factors,nitrogen application amount and topping time had significant effects on seed cotton yield.When the density is 13549.951 plants/667m2,the topping time is July 11th,and the nitrogen application rate is 15.234 kg/667m2,the maximum yield of seed cotton is 332.998 kg/667m2.Among single factors,topping time and nitrogen application rate have the most significant impact on lint yield.In the interaction,the interaction between density and topping time has a significant impact on lint yield.When the density is 13805.945 plants/667m2,the topping time is July 10th,and the nitrogen application rate is 21.444 kg/667m2,the maximum lint yield is 102.798 kg/667m2.
