摘 要:为探究白藜芦醇(Resveratrol,RSV)对断奶仔猪饲料表观消化率和肠道微生物区系的影响,选择初始体重为7.86±0.36 kg、胎次相同的断奶仔猪128头随机分为四组,每组为4个重复,每个重复为8头,饲喂时间28 d.试验I组为对照组,饲喂仔猪基础日粮,试验II、III、IV组分别在对照组的基础上添加300 mg/kg、600 mg/kg、900 mg/kg的白藜芦醇.试验结果表明:与试验I组相比,白藜芦醇对断奶仔猪的粗蛋白、粗纤维、钙、总磷、灰分影响无显著性差异(P>0.05),但显著提高了粗脂肪的消化率(P<0.05);对断奶仔猪结肠、盲肠和直肠内容物的双歧杆菌有显著提高(P<0.05),但对沙门氏菌数、大肠杆菌数、乳酸杆菌数影响不显著(P>0.05).本试验表明:断奶仔猪日粮中添加白藜芦醇可以显著提高断奶仔猪肠道内双歧杆菌的数量,但对肠道内沙门氏菌数、大肠杆菌数、乳酸杆菌数无显著影响;白藜芦醇显著提高了断奶仔猪对饮料中粗脂肪的消化率(P<0.05),但对粗脂肪、粗蛋白、粗纤维、钙、灰分、总磷的消化率无显著影响.To explore the effects of resveratrol(RSV)on feed digestibility and intestinal microflora of weaned piglets.A total of 128 weaned piglets with the same weight and the same parity were randomly divided into four groups with 4 replicates in each group and 8 piglets in each replicate.The feeding time last for 28 days.The experimental group I was the control group,and the piglets were fed the basic diet.The experimental groups II,III and IV were given RSV of 300 mg/kg,600 mg/kg and 900 mg/kg on the basis of the control group.The results showed that:compared with group I,RSV had no significant effect on crude protein,crude fiber,calcium,total phosphorus and ash of weaned piglets(P>0.05),but significantly improved the digestibility of crude fat(P<0.05).Bifidobacteria in colon,cecum and rectum of weaned piglets were significantly increased(P<0.05),but the number of Salmonella,Escherichia coli and lactobacillus were not significantly affected(P>0.05).The results showed that adding RSV to the diet of weaned piglets could significantly increase the number of bifidobacteria in the digestive tract of weaned piglets,but had no significant effect on the number of Salmonella,Escherichia coli and Lactobacillus in the digestive tract.The digestibility of crude fat was significantly increased(P<0.05).But it had no significant effect on the digestibility of crude fat,crude protein,crude fiber,calcium,total phosphorus and ash.
