摘 要:为了提高发生动物疫情和监测阳性时规模染疫动物处置效率,有效降低处置过程中病原扩散转移风险,本试验利用CO_(2)窒息原理,分别使用干冰和液态CO_(2)进行猪只扑杀,并对其扑杀效果进行了对比分析。结果显示,干冰单位使用量为1.18~1.76 kg/m^(3)时可确保车厢内猪只在15 min内全部死亡,而液态CO_(2)单次需投放3罐/17 m^(3)(折合干冰为4.24 kg/m^(3))才能确保车厢内猪只在15 min内死亡。结果表明,干冰扑杀法要优于液态CO_(2)扑杀法,在大规模动物疫情处置时推荐使用干冰扑杀法。In order to improve the disposal efficiency of large-scale animals during disease outbreaks and positive monitoring,and effectively reduce the risk of pathogen spread during the disposal process,this study utilized the principle of CO_(2)asphyxiation to compare and analyze the culling effects of dry ice and liquid CO_(2).The results showed that when the unit dosage of dry ice was 1.18-1.76 kg/m^(3),it could ensure the death of all pigs in the carriage within 15 minutes,while liquid CO_(2)required a single dosage of 3 cans/17 m^(3)(equivalent to 4.24 kg/m^(3) of dry ice).The results indicated that the dry ice culling method was superior to the liquid CO_(2)culling method,and it is recommended for use in disposal of large-scale animal epidemics.
