摘  要:鞍钢高炉一代炉役寿命平均10.5年,远没有达到设计目标,认为与冷却系统不合理,不能保证高炉始终存在无过热冷却体系密切相关。建议改进冷却系统工艺设计、选择合适冷却设备,保证冷却系统工艺布置设计和冷却设备选择与冷却制度、高炉冶炼强度和砖衬结构相互匹配。The average service life of first generation of blast furnaces(BFs)in Ansteel was 10.5 years,which was far from achiving the design goal and was considered to be related to the unreasonable cooling system,which could not guarantee that there was no superheating cooling system in the BF all the time.So it was suggested that the technological design of the cooling system should be improved,and appropriate cooling equipment should be selected so as to ensure that the processing set-up and technological design of the cooling system and the selection of cooling equipment should be matched with the cooling system,the smelting intensity of BF and the brick lining structure.
