摘  要:针对空分装置存在的自动化投用率低,变量强耦合,变负荷手动操作量大,时常发生小氮塞等问题,开发设计了先进过程控制(APC)方案,结合“卡边操作”,实现了自动变负荷及小氮塞自愈功能,设备自动化投用率由42.86%提高到100%,主要被控变量平均标准偏差降低了41%,提高氩馏分提取率获得的经济效益为191.64万元/a。In view of the problems such as low automatic operation rate,strong coupling of variables,large manual operation of variable load and frequent occurrences of light nitrogen blocking in air separation unit,the advanced process control(APC)scheme was developed and designed.Combined with Edge-jamming Operation,self-healing functions in terms of automatic varying duty and light nitrogen blocking were achieved,and the automatic operation rate of equipment was increased from 42.86%to 100%.The average standard deviation of main controlled variables was reduced by 41%,and then the economic benefits achieved by increasing the extraction rate of argon fraction was 1.9164 million Yuan per year.
