摘  要:分析了影响260 t转炉沸腾出钢脱磷效果的工艺参数及其影响规律,得出结论:随着钢水氧含量、白灰加入量的增加,钢水脱磷率不断提高,但白灰加入量达到1000 kg后,脱磷率维持最大值不再明显变化;吹氩50 s之后脱磷率提高,并在180 s达到最大值,之后脱磷率不再提高。采用沸腾出钢渣洗脱磷工艺后,钢水平均脱磷率由9.4%提高到16.7%,磷含量超标的质量事故平均降低0.3罐/月,未出现该工艺造成钢水温度低的相关事故。The technological parameterswhich influenced the dephosphorization effect of rimmed molten steel tapped from 260 t converter and their influencing regularities were analyzed.Then it was concluded that the dephosphorization rate increased with increasing of the content of oxygen in molten steel and the quantity of adding quicklime,while the maximum value in terms of the dephosphorization rate was no longer obviously changed as the quantity of quicklime-adding was up to 1000 kg.However,the dephosphorization rate increased after argon blowing lasted for 50 seconds,and reached the maximum value in 180 seconds,but after that the rate was no longer increased.After application of the above-mentioned process,the average dephosphorization rate of molten steel was increased to 16.7%from 9.4%,and the quality accidents caused by phosphorus content exceeding the standard was decreased by 0.3 tank per month,and there was no accident occurred due to low temperature of molten steel caused by the process.
