摘 要:针对唐山瑞丰钢铁(集团)有限公司384 m^(2)带式烧结机高炉煤气燃烧不充分,影响烧结矿质量指标的问题,开展了烧结富氧点火燃烧工艺实践。实践后,烧结机台时产量提高了11 t/h,高炉煤气消耗降低了2000 m^(3)/h,焦粉消耗降低了1.90 kg/t,烧结矿的转鼓强度提升了0.30%,RDI+3.15升高了1.22%,烧结机热效率由61.25%提高至67.17%,年产生经济效益9481万元。In allusion to the problem that the combustion of the blast furnac(BF)gas for 384 m^(2)belt sintering machine in Tangshan Ruifeng Iron and Steel(Group)Co.,Ltd.was incomplete which affected the sinter quality index,the practice of ignition and combustion process with oxygen-enriched sintering was carried out.After practice,the output of a sintering machine was increased by 11 t/h,the consumption of BF gas was decreased by 2000 m^(3)/h,the consumption of coke powder was decreased by 1.90 kg/t,while the rotary drum strength of sintered ore was increased by 0.30%,RDI+3.15 was increased by 1.22%,the thermal efficiency of the sintering machine was increased from 61.25%to 67.17%,and the economic benefits was 94.81 million yuan annually.
