摘　　要：对鞍钢2号3200 m^(3)高炉降料线停炉大修及开炉快速达产实践进行了总结。通过物理洗炉、富氧降料线,实现无爆震14 h安全停炉。开炉过程,通过合理出净残铁,铁口泥套整体浇注,掌握开风口、加风量节奏,维持合理压差等手段,实现高炉开炉48 h即达到全风状态,开炉72 h利用系数达到2.0 t/(m^(3)·d)。The overhaul practice of the dropping stock line at the No.23200 m^(3)blast furnace(BF)in Ansteel during shutdown and operation practice of rapidly reaching its designed capacity during blowing-in were summarized.Then by prepurging the furnace in physical way and carrying out the oxygen enrichment to the dropping stock line,the safe shutdown of the furnace for 14 h without blasting achieved.In the process of starting the blowing-in,by tapping the residual iron completely and suitably,carrying out the integrated one-piece pouring for taphole mud sleeves,controlling the opening of tuyeres,adding the rhythms of blast volume and keeping reasonable pressure difference,the BF reached the full wind state in 48 h after blowing-in,and the utilization coefficient reached 2.0 t/(m^(3)·d)in 72 h.
