摘 要:针对转炉出钢挡渣率低影响生产的问题,采取了优化转炉炉口和炉型,优化转炉终点氧含量及渣量控制,优化挡渣锥烘烤制度、投入位置及投入时机等措施,实施后,挡渣成功率由95.3%提高到97.5%,钢包内平均渣厚由101 mm降低到89 mm,有利于转炉经济指标的提升。In view of the problem that the poor rate of slag blocking during tapping of converter effected production,such measures as optimizing converter mouth and converter type,optimizing oxygen content control and slag quantity control at the end point,optimizing the baking system for a slag blocking awl,slag-injecting positions and opportunities were taken.After that,the success rate of slag blocking was improved from 95.3%to 97.5%,the average slag thickness in ladle was reduced from 101 mm to 89 mm,which was conducive to increasing of economic indicators for converter.
