摘  要:针对90 t顶吹转炉冶炼过程中依靠人工经验化渣,影响转炉生产效率的问题,结合使用了声呐化渣系统和煤气分析仪,并优化了喷溅指数、加料方式等工艺参数,采取上述措施后,转炉一次拉碳合格率提高了9.6%,跑渣率下降了2.5%,化渣合格率提高了35%,转炉平均冶炼周期降低2 min/炉,提高了转炉的冶炼效率。With regard to the problem of infulencing the production efficiency of the 90 t top-blown converter depending on the operations of slag melting by human experiences,the sonar slag melting system was put into operation combined with a gas analyzer,while such technological parameters as splashing index and feeding mode were optimized.After that,the qualified rate of disposable carbon catching was increased by 9.6%,the slag spatter rate was reduced by 2.5%,the qualified rate of slag melting was increased by 35%,and the average steelmaking cycle by converter was reduced by 2 minutes per heat.And therefore the production efficiency by converter was improved.
