摘 要:对鞍钢股份有限公司线材厂2#线近几年来生产盘条产生裂纹的原因进行了分析,发现坯料遗传、轧辊缺陷、导卫刮磨和轧槽充满是导致裂纹产生的主要原因。通过采用细化钢坯裂纹标准、精准控制轧辊使用、改变导卫摩擦方式、细化铁型尺寸等控制措施,2022—2023年2#线生产作业区生产冷镦钢开裂率降低15%,初验合格率达到95%以上,废次降率达到0.5%,弹簧钢表面裂纹可控制在30μm以下,产线过程控制能力有效提高。The causes leading to the cracks occurred in wire rods produced by Line 2 of Wire Rod Mill of Angang Steel Company Limited over recent years were analyzed.Based on the analytical results,it was found that these factors such as inheritance of billets,defects of rolls,scraping and wearing of foreplates and grooves being occupied fully were the main causes leading to the cracks.So by taking such control measures as specification of crack standards for steel billets,precise control of roll implementation,changing the friction mode of foreplates and specification of swage dimensions,the cracking rate of cold heading steels produced in the production operating section of Line 2 from 2022 to 2023 was reduced by 15%,the qualified rate in the preliminary testing was over 95%,the scrap rate was reduced by 0.5%and the surface cracks of spring steels could be controlled below 30μm.Therefore the process control ability for the production line was effectively improved.
