集约视角下建构生态智慧一体化产业园区——肇庆德诚智慧教育科技产业园概念设计方案构思

摘　　要：针对肇庆市德诚智慧教育科技产业园设计项目需求,提出了两个问题:如何延续山水文化形成肇庆德诚园区的识别性,如何在有限用地内营造符合德诚发展理念的园区?文章从集约化及打造生态智慧一体化的角度出发,展开相关思考,提出了形象个性展示、功能集约复合、空间多元立体、生态低技一体等具体的设计应对措施,以期为产业园区设计实践提供了一些思路。According to the design project demand of Zhaoqing Decheng Intelligent Education and Technology Industrial Park,we put forward two questions:how to continue the landscape culture to form the recognition of Zhaoqing Decheng Park,and how to create a park in line with the development concept of Decheng within the limited land?From the perspective of intensification and the integration of ecology and intelligence,this paper carries out relevant thinking,and puts forward specific design countermeasures,such as personality display of modeling,intensive composition of functions,multi-dimensional space,integration of ecology and low technology,so as to provide some ideas for the design practice of industrial parks.
