摘　　要：公租房社区是为社会人员提供长期的住所。在建成一段时间过后,由于基础设施的不完善、生活服务设施的缺失与周围环境的简陋,居住体验会下降。本方案从社区公共空间的绿色化营造入手,主要提供对于社区公共绿地、社区活动空间的改造与新建来为居民提供符合当今时代生活节奏需求、绿色低碳的社区。Public rental community is to provide long-term residence for social personnel.After being built for a period of time,due to the imperfect infrastructure,the lack of living service facilities and the simple surrounding environment,the living experience will decline.This plan starts with the green construction of community public space,and mainly provides the transformation and construction of community public green space and community activity space to provide residents with a green and low-carbon community that meets the needs of the pace of life of the times.
