摘　　要：城市工业废弃用地作为城市用地的重要组成部分,不仅对场所更新与修复有促进作用,还对推动城市活力修复、城市职能转变具有正面催化作用。文章基于城市触媒理论,通过对邯郸市园博园进行实地调研,试图从区位潜力、文化潜力及空间潜力三个方面阐述城市废弃工业用地所具有的触媒潜质,并结合案例,探究城市工业废弃用地的更新策略与方法。As an important part of urban land,urban industrial waste land not only promotes the renewal and restoration of sites,but also plays a positive catalytic role in promoting the restoration of urban vitality and the transformation of urban functions.Based on the theory of city catalyst,this paper makes a field survey of Handan Garden Expo Park.This paper attempts to expound the catalytic potential of urban abandoned industrial land from three aspects:location potential,cultural potential and space potential,and explores the renewal strategies and methods of urban abandoned industrial land combined with cases.
