摘 要:导水机构主要由底环、导叶、顶盖、控制环、拐臂和接力器组成,不同于常规混流式机组,抽水蓄能电站导水机构具有布置紧凑、安装空间狭小、安装精度更高的特点。抽水蓄能电站具有水轮机和水泵两种运行工况,运行环境更为复杂,本文以某抽水蓄能电站为例,总结了一套导水机构安装一次性完成工艺,有效保证施工质量的同时,优化施工工期和资源投入,创造了良好的经济效益和社会效益,对同类工程设计及施工具有参考和借鉴价值。Water distributor is mainly composed of bottom ring,guide vane,top cover,control ring,crank arm and servomotor.In contrast to conventional mixed flow units,the water distributor of pumped-storage power plant has the characteristics of compact layout,narrow installation space and higher installation accuracy.Pumped-storage power plant has two operating conditions of water turbine and water pump,and the operating environment is more complicated.Taking a pumped-storage power plant as an example,this paper summarizes a set of one-time completion technology for the installation of water distributor,which effectively ensures construction quality,optimizes the construction period and resource input,creates good economic and social benefits,and has reference value for the design and construction of similar projects.
