摘　　要：原发免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)是一种获得性自身免疫性出血性疾病。出血风险、治疗毒性和生存质量的下降是需要临床解决的主要问题。充分了解和利用中西医各自的治疗优势,不断优化ITP诊疗策略,从而更快地提升血小板计数,降低出血风险,减少重症和难治,以更低的治疗毒性,更好地改善患者生活质量,使更多患者获益。文章从中西医视角分别对ITP发病机制、诊断评估、治疗方法和慢病管理作论述。Primary immune thrombocytopenia(ITP)is an acquired autoimmune hemorrhagic disease.Bleeding risk,therapeutic toxicity,and decreased quality of life are the main problems that need to be solved clinically.Fully understand and utilize the therapeutic advantages of traditional Chinese and western medicine respectively,continuously optimize ITP diagnosis and treatment strategies,in order to faster increase platelet count,reduce bleeding risk,reduce severe and refractory cases,lower treatment toxicity,better improve patient quality of life,and benefit more patients.This paper reviews the pathogenesis,diagnostic evaluation,treatment strategies,and advantages of chronic disease management of ITP from the perspective of traditional Chinese and western medicine.
