摘　　要：拇指多指是最常见的先天性上肢畸形,手术是主要的治疗方法。术后评估包括功能、美学和日常生活状态的评估。本文通过回顾相关文献阐述了拇指多指术后随访评估的重要性,介绍术后评估指标,重点回顾了现有的Tada评分、日本手外科学会评分、鹿特丹评分和患儿自评量表等评分系统和方法,并探讨了各自的特点。Radial polydactyly is one of the congenital deformities of upper extremity.Excision and reconstruction are a major surgery.Postoperative outcome evaluations of radial polydactyly includes hand function,aesthetics and assessment of daily life.Through reviewing the relevant literatures,we reiterated the importance of evaluation for radial polydactyly.Various assessment systems of Tada,JSSH,Rotterdam and patient-reported outcomes were discussed.
