摘  要:以某电厂制粉系统为研究对象,由于原设计煤种供应短缺,加之煤炭价格的高涨,该电厂不得不掺烧低品位褐煤。为了克服褐煤高水分、低热值的缺点,保障制粉系统的出力,磨煤机需长期超过最大通风量运行,这使得制粉系统及燃烧系统磨损严重。为了提高磨煤机入口风量测量的准确性,对磨煤机进行风量标定试验,并以该磨煤机入口风道为原型进行数值计算,通过试验分析可知:冷风门开度对风量测量的准确性影响较大。通过数值计算分析可知:在水平风道处设置流量测点,无法保证风量测量的准确性,且风量变化对截面流速的分布也会产生一定影响,可为后续一次风量测量的相关研究提供借鉴。The pulverizing system of a power plant is studied.Because of the shortage of designed coal and the high price of coal,the power plant has to burn low-grade lignite.In order to overcome the characteristics of high moisture and low calorific value of lignite,and to ensure the output of pulverizing system,the pulverizer needs to run longer than the maximum ventilation rate,which makes the pulverizing system and combustion system wear seriously.In order to improve the accuracy of the air flow measurement at the inlet of the coal mill,the air flow calibration test is carried out on the coal mill,and the numerical calculation is carried out with the inlet air channel of the coal mill as the prototype,through the analysis of the experiment,it can be known that the opening of the cold air door has a great influence on the accuracy of the air volume measurement.Through numerical calculation and analysis,it can be concluded that the accuracy of air flow measurement can't be guaranteed by setting flow measurement points in the horizontal air duct,and the variation of air flow can also have some influence on the distribution of cross-section flow velocity,it can provide reference for the related research of the following primary air volume measurement.
