摘 要:卤乙腈是一类新兴的含氮消毒副产物,具有细胞毒性、神经毒性、遗传毒性、致癌性,对人体健康构成潜在威胁。其广泛存在于各类水体中,包括饮用水、游泳池水、污水废水等,且具有较高的浓度水平。目前卤乙腈在我国仍处于非受监管状态,缺乏相关检测技术的标准依据。本文对水质样品中卤乙腈的检测技术的研究进展进行了综述,从样品采集、样品制备、仪器方法 3个方面分析各类检测技术的特点和适用性,以期能为技术选择提供参考。Haloacetonitriles(HANs)are a kind of emerging nitrogenous disinfection by-products.HANs may pose potential threat to human health because of their cytotoxicity,neurotoxicity,genotoxicity,and carcinogenicity.HANs are widely found in all kinds of water bodies,including drinking water,swimming pool water,sewage and wastewater,and these compounds have a high concentration level.At present,HANs are still not regulated in China,and there is no standard basis for relevant testing techniques.This paper reviews the research progress in detection technology of disinfection by-products in water samples,and analyze the characteristics and applicability of various detection technologies from three aspects of sample collection,sample preparation and instrument methods,so as to provide a reference for the selection of technology.
