摘  要:目的探究调节性T细胞(Treg)免疫耐受网络与囊型包虫病所致过敏反应的关系。方法80只C57/BL6雌性小鼠按2:3:3比例随机分为三组,A组不作任何处理干预,B组接受囊液包虫感染干预,C组在B组基础上同时行致敏干预。采用SPSS 24.0软件分析数据,各组免疫球蛋白水平、外周淋巴结单核细胞中Treg及相关细胞因子水平等采用(x±s)表示,三组间比较采用单因素方差分析(F检验),LSD检验行组间两两比较。P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果B组、C组免疫球蛋白E(IgE),免疫球蛋白G(IgG),免疫球蛋白G1(IgG1)水平高于A组,C组高于B组,三组间比较差异有统计学意义(F=980.829,954.621,478.270,P<0.001)。B组白细胞介素10(IL-10),肿瘤生长因子-β(TGF-β)水平高于A组,C组低于B组,差异均有统计学意义(F=55.940,202.284,P<0.001);B组,C组白细胞介素17(IL-17)水平均明显高于A组(P<0.05),C组高于B组(P<0.001)。B组CD4^(+)CD25^(+)Foxp3^(+)调节性T细胞和CD4^(+)Foxp3^(+)细胞百分比均高于A组,C组低于B组和A组,差异均有统计学意义(F=98.575,9.978,P<0.001)。结论Treg细胞介导的免疫耐受网络在囊型包虫感染过程中维持宿主免疫耐受状态;囊液致敏后Treg细胞免疫抑制功能丧失,宿主免疫耐受状态转变,促使过敏反应发生。Objective To explore the relationship between the immune tolerance network of regulatory T cells(Treg)and allergic reactions caused by cystic echinococcosis.Methods Eighty female C57/BL6 mice were randomly divided into three groups according to the ratio of 2:3:3.Group A did not receive any treatment intervention,group B received the intervention of cyst hydatid infection,and group C received the sensitization intervention on the basis of group B.SPSS 24.0 was used to analyze the data,and the levels of immunoglobulin,Treg and related cytokines in peripheral lymph node mononuclear cells in each group were expressed as(x±s).One-way analysis of variance(F test)was used for comparison among the three groups,and the LSD test was compared in pairs between the groups.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results The levels of immunoglobulin E(IgE),immunoglobulin G(IgG)and immunoglobulin G1(IgG1)in groups B and C were higher than those in group A and group C were higher than those in group B,and the differences among the three groups were statistically significant(F=980.829,954.621,478.270,P<0.001).The levels of interleukin-10(IL-10)and tumor growth factor-β(TGF-β)in group B were higher than those in group A,and those in group C were lower than those in group B,with statistical significance(F=55.940,202.284,P<0.001).The level of interleukin-17(IL-17)in groups B and C was significantly higher than that in group A(P<0.05),and that in group C was higher than that in group B(P<0.001).The percentages of CD4^(+)CD25^(+)Foxp3^(+)regulatory T cells and CD4^(+)Foxp3^(+)cells in group B were higher than those in group A,and those in group C were lower than those in group B and A,with statistical significance(F=98.575,9.978,P<0.001).Conclusion The immune tolerance network mediated by Treg cells maintained the immune tolerance state of the host during the process of cyst hydatid infection.The immunosuppressive function of Treg cells was lost and the immune tolerance state of the host changed after sensitization of the s
