平潭岛“三生空间”功能特征研究

摘  要:探究平潭岛的“三生空间”功能特征,有利于平潭岛的城市用地规划.基于平潭岛的土地利用数据,使用转移矩阵、生态环境质量指数测度方法、空间自相关分析、CA-Markov模型等研究方法,开展对平潭岛的“三生空间”功能评价,分析其空间分布格局与演变特征.结果表明:(1)从2000—2020年,平潭岛的生产空间减少了39.58 km^(2),生活空间增加了44.04 km^(2),生态空间减少了4.47 km^(2),生态空间与生产空间的面积逐年减少,且主要转入生活空间;(2)平潭岛生态环境质量指数在3个时期都呈现正相关性,且热点主要分布在沿海区域,冷点主要分布在岛内中心区域;(3)平潭岛在2030年与2040年的生活空间面积将会持续增长,面积占比为30.21%与33.39%,将严重影响平潭岛的生态环境.针对研究结果制定相应对策,可以为平潭岛的可持续发展提供科学依据.Investigating the functional characteristics of Pingtan Island's “Production-Living-Ecological space(PLE)” is conducive to the urban land planning of Pingtan Island.Based on the land use data of Pingtan Island,using transfer matrix,ecological environment quality index measurement methods,spatial autocorrelation analysis,CA-Markov model,and other research methods,we conducted a functional evaluation of the PLE of Pingtan Island,and analyzed its spatial distribution pattern and evolution characteristics.The results show that:(1) From 2000 to 2020,the production space of Pingtan Island decreased by 39.58 km^(2),the living space increased by 44.04 km^(2),and the ecological space decreased by 4.47 km^(2).The area of ecological space and production space decreased year by year,mainly turning into living space;(2) The ecological environment quality index of Pingtan Island had a positive correlation in all three periods,and the hot spots were mainly distributed in coastal areas,while cold spots were mainly distributed in the central area of the island;(3) The living space area of Pingtan Island will continue to grow in 2030 and 2040,accounting for 30.21% and 33.39% of the total area,which will seriously affect the ecological environment of Pingtan Island.Formulating corresponding countermeasures based on the research results to provide scientific basis for the sustainable development of Pingtan Island.
