摘 要:通过野外试验,对比分析了未修复土壤(CK)、生物炭修复(BC)、强还原修复(RSD)、RSD与BC联合修复(RSD+BC)4个处理下土壤基本性质、团聚体组成及其碳氮含量的变化差异.结果表明,与CK处理相比,BC处理显著提高了土壤全碳和速效钾含量(P<0.05);RSD处理显著提高了土壤速效氮和速效钾含量,显著降低了土壤pH(P<0.05);RSD+BC处理则显著提高了全碳、全氮、速效氮和速效钾含量,亦显著降低了土壤pH(P<0.05).不同处理对土壤中各粒级团聚体的质量分数无显著影响,土壤中均以>250μm团聚体为主,且土壤团聚体碳氮含量随粒级增大而增加.与CK处理相比,BC和RSD+BC处理的各粒级团聚体碳含量分别显著增加了94.6%~146.1%和88.1%~179.0%(P<0.05),仅RSD+BC处理的各粒级团聚体氮含量显著增加(P<0.05),增幅为26.0%~78.9%.因此,RSD与BC联用更有利于提高土壤肥力和团聚体碳、氮含量.Through a field experiment,four treatments,i.e.,1)soil untreated(CK),2)soil incorporated with biochar(BC),3)soil incorporated with reductive soil disinfestation(RSD),and 4)soil incorporated with the combination of biochar and reductive soil disinfestation(RSD+BC) were performed to compare and analyze the effects of different treatments on soil properties,aggregate composition,and carbon and nitrogen content.The results showed that BC treatment significantly increased the contents of soil total carbon and available potassium in relation to CK(P<0.05).Compared with CK,RSD treatment significantly increased soil available nitrogen and available potassium and significantly decreased soil pH(P<0.05).Compared with CK,RSD+BC treatment significantly increased the contents of total carbon,total nitrogen,available nitrogen and available potassium,while significantly decreased soil pH(P<0.05).Different treatments had no significant effect on the mass percent of soil aggregates.The soil aggregates among different treatments were dominated by the 250 μm fraction.The contents of carbon and nitrogen in soil aggregates increased with the increase of aggregate size.Compared with CK,BC and RSD+BC treatments significantly increased the content of total carbon in each aggregate size fraction by 94.6%~146.1% and 88.1%~179.0%,respectively(P<0.05),and only RSD+BC treatment significantly increased the content of total nitrogen in each aggregate size fraction 26.0%~78.9%(P<0.05).Therefore,the combination of RSD method and BC amendment is more beneficial to the improvement of soil fertility and the contents of carbon and nitrogen in soil aggregates.
