广西南宁市青秀区药用植物资源调查分析

摘　　要：目的 研究南宁市青秀区药用植物资源的种类及分布情况,为青秀区中药产业的可持续发展提供参考依据。方法 以第四次全国中药资源普查技术规范为指导,通过野外实地调查、标本采集与鉴定、数据整理及查阅文献,对南宁市青秀区药用植物资源种类和分布进行分析。结果 南宁市青秀区药用植物474种,隶属121科363属,优势科为豆科、大戟科、菊科、桑科。其中,珍稀濒危或国家重点保护植物13种,中国特有植物45种,广西特有植物8种。按生活型统计,以灌木和草本植物为主,种数分别占比34.81%、33.97%;从入药部位来看,以根及根茎类和全草类为主,分别占26.12%、25.95%;调查到重点药材39种,涉及基原植物36种,隶属27科35属。结论 南宁市青秀区药用植物资源丰富,多样性程度较高,在开发的同时要加强相应的保护工作,使资源得到可持续利用。Objective To study the species and distribution of medicinal plant resources in Qingxiu district of Nanning city,so as to provide reference for the sustainable development of local Chinese medicine industry.Methods Guided by the technical specifications of the Fourth National Survey of Traditional Chinese Medicine Resources,the species and distribution of medicinal plant resources in Qingxiu district of Nanning City were analyzed by field investigation,specimen collection and identification,data sorting and literature review.Results474 species of medicinal plants belonging to 121 families and 363 genera were investigated in Qingxiu district of Nanning City.The dominant families were Legume,Euphorbiaceae,Asteraceae and Moraceae.Among them,13 species were rare and endangered or under state key protection,45 species were endemic to China and 8species were endemic to Guangxi.According to life type,shrubs and herbaceous plants were main species in Qingxiu,accounting for 34.81% and 33.97%,respectively.From the perspective of medicine parts,root,rhizome and whole grass dominated the industry,accounting for 26.12% and 25.95%,respectively.39 kinds of key medicinal materials were investigated,involving 36 kinds of base plants,belonging to 27 families and 35 genera.Conclusion The resources of medicinal plants in Qingxiu district of Nanning are rich and the degree of diversity is high.The corresponding protection work should be strengthened at the same time of development,so that the resources can be used sustainably.
