摘　　要：目的 研究奶香木的鉴别特征与化学成分,为开发假鹊肾树药用新资源提供科学依据。方法利用性状、显微鉴定法分别鉴别奶香木性状与显微组织特征。应用薄层色谱法初步检识奶香木中化学成分,应用高效液相色谱测定指标成分含量。结果 奶香木有纤维纹与条状纹理,黄白色、黄色及灰黑色,具有奶香气等性状特征。奶香木的导管为具缘纹孔型,木射线组织宽1~4列、高4~33个细胞,木薄壁细胞长楔形或长方形,木纤维排列紧密,可见草酸钙方晶与色素块。薄层色谱初步检识出奶香木含邪蒿素、布拉易林及滨蒿内酯成分。高效液相色谱分析发现奶香木中邪蒿素与布拉易林的平均含量较高。结论 建立的方法可鉴别奶香木的性状与显微组织特征,分析其所含香豆素类活性成分,实验方法科学,操作简单,为奶香木的药用研究及开发奠定基础。Objective To study the identification characteristics and chemical components of Naixiangmu,and to provide scientific basis for the development of new medicinal plant resources of Pseudostreblus indicus Bureau.Methods Distinguish the properties and microstructure characteristics of Naixiangmu by using the properties and microscopic identification methods.TLC identification method of Naixiangmu was established.HPLC was used to determine the content of the index components of Naixiangmu.Results Naixiangmu had fiber texture and strip texture,yellow-white,yellow and gray-black,and had characteristics of milk aroma.The vessel of Naixiangmu was bordered pore type,the wood ray tissue was 1-4 rows wide and 4-33 cells high,the wood parenchyma cells were long wedge-shaped or rectangular,the wood fibers were closely arranged,and the calcium oxalate crystal and pigment block could be seen.The components of seselin,braylin and scoparone were identified by TLC.HPLC analysis showed that the average content of seselin and braylin in Naixiangmu was higher.Conclusion The method established in this study can identify the properties and microstructure characteristics of Naixiangmu,analyze its coumarin like active ingredients,and establish a scientific experimental method with stable operation,laying a foundation for the medicinal research and development of Naixiangmu.
