摘 要:目的 研究不同产地甘草地上部分与甘草地上不同器官中黄酮类成分含量的差异。方法 采用紫外-可见分光光度法及HPLC方法,对比分析不同产地甘草地上部分及不同器官中的黄酮类成分含量差异。结果 内蒙古杭锦旗、新疆阿勒泰、甘肃酒泉、吉林白城、陕西绥德五个产区中甘肃酒泉所产的甘草地上部分黄酮类成分含量较高,其总黄酮含量为42.81 mg/g,夏佛塔苷及异槲皮苷含量分别为2.14 mg/g和1.19 mg/g,对共有峰半定量及主成分分析发现甘肃酒泉产甘草中黄酮类成分种类较全面;地上部分甘草叶中黄酮成分种类及含量均优于其他器官,其中,总黄酮含量最高为39.12 mg/g。结论 揭示了五个不同产地及甘草地上部分不同器官中黄酮含量差异,进一步明确了甘草地上部分较合适的采收产地及采收器官。Objective To study the differences of flavonoid contents in the aerial parts of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch and different organs of the aerial parts of G.uralensis.Methods The differences of flavonoid contents in the aerial parts and organs of G.uralensis from different production areas were compared and analyzed by UV spectrophotometry and HPLC.Results Among the five production areas,the aerial part of G.uralensis produced in Jiuquan,Gansu Province,contained 42.81 mg/g of total flavonoids and 2.14 mg/g and 1.19 mg/g of schaftoside and isoquercitrin,respectively,and the semi-quantitative and principal component analysis of the shared chromatographic peaks showed that the aerial part of licorice from Jiuquan,Gansu Province,contained a more comprehensive and higher content of flavonoids.The aerial parts of G.uralensis were better than the other organs in terms of flavonoid content,with the highest total flavonoid content of 39.12 mg/g in the leaves.Conclusion The differences of flavonoids in five different origins and different organs of the aerial part of G.uralensis are revealed,and the more suitable harvesting origins areas and organs are further clarified.
