摘 要:为了获得现代化、多用途载货教学实习船‘育鹏轮’表面压力分布的可靠试验数据,进行CFD方法验证,在大型低速风洞中采用小孔测压的方法进行‘育鹏轮’表面压力场的基准检验试验。采用重叠模、双翼型支杆腹支撑的试验方案,试验模型长为2.1 m,表面测点总数达937个,试验雷诺数为8.7×10^(6)。获得了0°、6°和12°漂角下的基准检验数据,建立了表面压力场测量不确定度的分析与控制方法,直航工况下的测量不确定度为3.2%。对表面压力场数据进行分析,获得了粘压阻力、压差引起的侧向力及其分布等,结果可用于精细化CFD方法验证。最后,对船模表面压力场测量技术进行了展望。In order to obtain reliable test data of surface pressure distribution of Yupeng ship,a modern and multi-purpose cargo ship for practical training,for the purpose of CFD verification,the benchmark test of the surface pressure distribution of Yupeng ship was carried out in a large-scale low-speed wind tunnel with wall taps.A test scheme of double body model and double wing strut support on the abdomen was adopted,in which the model was 2.1 m long,the total number of measurement points on the model was 937,and the Reynolds number of the test was 8.7×10^(6).The benchmark test data at drift angles of 0°,6°and 12°were obtained,and the analysis and control method of the uncertainty of surface pressure distribution measurement was established.The uncertainty of measurement was 3.2%for the direct motion condition.By analysis of the results,the viscous pressure resistance,lateral force caused by surface pressure and its distribution were obtained,which could be used for detailed CFD validation.Finally,the methods of surface pressure measurements for ship models were prospected.
