摘 要:折叠式夹层板在舰船领域有着广阔的应用前景,对其抗爆性能的研究具有实际工程意义。本文以折叠式夹层板为研究对象,设计开展爆炸试验,对低压慢衰减冲击波作用下折叠式夹层板结构的永久变形进行研究。同时,利用ABAQUS软件对试件进行数值仿真分析,进一步研究结构损伤变形过程及失效机理,讨论芯层高度对夹层板结构抗爆性能的影响规律,并与试验结果进行比较。总结不同芯层高度夹层板在远场爆炸冲击载荷下的抗爆性能评估指标。结果表明,结构沿横向和纵向具有不同的变形模式,在实际应用中,需要依据相应标准选择合适的芯层高度。本文研究成果可为舰船结构损伤评估与抗爆结构设计提供参考。Folded sandwich panels have a broad application prospect in warships.It is of practical engineering significance to study their anti-blast performance.In this paper,a folded sandwich panel was taken as the research object,and the blast test was carried out to study the permanent deformation of the folded sandwich panel structure under the action of low-pressure slow attenuation shock wave.Meanwhile,ABAQUS software was used to conduct numerical simulation analysis of the sandwich panel,and the damage deformation process and failure mechanism of the structure were further studied.The influence of the core height on the anti blast performance of the sandwich panel structure was discussed and compared with the test results.The evaluation indexes of anti-blast performance of sandwich panels with different core heights under far-field blast impact load were summarized.The results show that the structure has different deformation modes along the transverse and longitudinal directions.In practical application,it is necessary to select the appropriate core height according to the corresponding standards.The research results in this paper can provide a reference for the damage assessment of ship structures and the design of anti-blast structures.
