摘 要:针对多分裂跳线安装精度要求高、高空作业量大、施工效率低以及安装工艺不美观等问题,通过对多分裂跳线装配式施工技术精确计算存在的误差进行数值分析,提出一种装配式跳线线长通用精确计算方法。首先,为减少跳线计算的输入参数,对跳线计算坐标系进行优化,建立具有普适性的通用坐标系。其次,对跳线串倾斜角进行受力分析并迭代计算,以提升跳线计算精确度,并优化耐张串下倾角计算方法。最后,采用数值模拟方法对多分裂跳线弧垂误差进行分层调整,确保多分裂跳线线束收敛在分裂间距之内,并创新性地提出一种跳线层间的弧垂调整方法。该计算方法能够提高多分裂跳线安装精度,减少高空作业量,大幅提升施工效率,节省导线用料,并满足成型后工艺美观需求。Aiming at the problems of high installation accuracy of multi-split jumpers,large amount of aerial work,low construction efficiency and unsightly installation process,this paper proposes a general accurate calculation method for prefabricated jumper line length through analyzing numerical errors in accurate calculation of prefabricated construction technology.Firstly,to reduce the parameter input of jumper calculation,the coordinate system for jumper calculation is optimized and a universal coordinate system is established.Secondly,the force analysis and iterative calculation of the inclination angle of the jumper string are carried out to improve the calculation accuracy of the jumper string and optimize the calculation method of the down inclination angle of the tensile string.Finally,the sag error of the multi-split jumper is adjusted in layers by the numerical simulation method to ensure that the multi-split jumper harness converges within the split spacing,and an innovative sag adjustment method between the jumper layers is proposed.This calculation method can thoroughly solve the problem of poor installation accuracy of multi-split jumper,effectively reduce the amount of work at high altitude,greatly improve the construction efficiency,save the wire materials and meet the aesthetic requirements of the forming process.
