摘 要:为了揭示沥青路面传热机理,研究了热风冲击射流对流换热和沥青路面内部导热的共轭传热过程,建立了热风加热沥青路面的冲击射流湍流共轭传热理论模型,采用大涡模拟研究了沥青路面温度场分布,获得了沥青路面温度场样本数据.利用本征正交分解法(POD)对温度场样本数据进行降阶处理,选取径向基函数插值方法,预测出了沥青路面温度场分布.仿真和实验结果表明:热风加热沥青路面冲击射流的湍流模型计算结果与实验温度的平均误差为5.4%;温度场预测精度随着选取模态阶数的增大而增强,采用POD分解与径向基函数插值方法计算温度场耗时仅为数值计算时间的0.63%,实现了沥青路面温度场快速且高精度的预测.To reveal the heat transfer mechanism of asphalt pavement,the conjugate heat-transfer process of the hot-air impinging jet convective heat transfer and the internal heat conduction of asphalt pavement was studied,and the conjugate turbulent heat-transfer model of impinging jet for hot-air heating asphalt pavement was established.The large eddy simulation was used to study the temperature field distribution of asphalt pavement,and the sample data of asphalt pavement temperature field were obtained.The proper orthogonal decomposition(POD)method was used to reduce the order of temperature field sample data,and the temperature field distribution of asphalt pavement was predicted by the radial basis function interpolation method.Simulation and experimental results show that the average error between the calculation results of the conjugate turbulent heat-transfer model of impinging jet for hot-air heating asphalt pavement and the experimental temperature is 5.4%.The temperature field prediction accuracy improves with the increase of the selected modal order,and the calculation time of temperature field using POD decomposition and the radial basis function interpolation method is only 0.63%of the numerical calculation time,which realizes the rapid and high precision prediction of the temperature field of asphalt pavement.
